Omer H. did an excellent job of repairing our air conditioner. Omer came in and accessed our problem - he checked many systems and found we needed a new thermostat. He displayed very good customer skills. He was very thorough in a short period of time. Extremely polite and respectful. Would highly recommend Cool Air USA.

Received prompt and quality service Called Cool Air in the morning to report UV Light was not on. The replacement bulb was changed the same day. The service tech also offered to inspect the pressure/temp of the system.

Fast, efficient service by a trained technician. Joseph arrived earlier than expected and explained quickly what had occurred with my a/c unit. He went on to explain the procedure to eradicate the problem, proceeded with that plan, restored service and was on his way again in no time at all.

Sunday Service Call I called early Sunday AM about air conditioner issue and they had a tech here before noon. Sean was very qualified, explained everything, and got system back up and running. He also checked the whole system and supplied a quote for suggested future work. Highly recommend.
