Diagnostic Visit From the office to the diagnostic technician, everyone has been fantastic. They have an understanding and a sense of urgency. The office scheduled an immediate appointment for the technician to come. He was on time, courteous, thorough, explained everything and was extremely aware of leaving the house clean. I am thrilled with their service thus far.
Good experience in the end The only reason for four stars instead of five is because we spent six hours over two days waiting while no repairman showed up. We also received no phone call telling us what the problem was, though we surmised that it had to do with emergency situations during the heat wave we are having. We think headquarters needs to keep customers informed, especially when they are waiting beyond the three-hour window.
Excellent service with Orlando and the rest of team. The company followed up the next day to make sure everything was working correctly. Came back when I thought there was something wrong and was always pleasant. They are a super company
