A/C service is exceptional I have used Cool Air for many years. They doa great job and perform the work timely.
Quick and objective Emergency call was placed when a compressor blew, tech was onsite within 30 min. Checked what the issue was, gave us a quick review following his inspection including possible solutions and estimate. Everything was documented with pictures, and he had access to past visits and work done previously on the spot (with pictures). He was able to do a quick temporary but stable solution until we would be able to properly resolve the issue. Recommended!
Great customer service Ricardo came out to give us an estimate for duct cleaning. Took his time to explain everything and answered all my questions and concerns. I would recommend this company.

Excellent customer service! I had a great experience with Cool Air USA! I called to make an appointment for a service tech to come out and give me a quote. The company very promptly returned my call and a technician came to give us a quote. My family was very impressed with the tech! He was very thorough and explained our options very clearly. Excellent job My AC compressor was not working and I decided to contact Cool Air USA. In minutes, the appointment was made. The technician arrived very punctual, identified the problem right away and fix it. I will keep using Cool Air USA services and recommend them to friends and family.
