I have had problems with my a/c unit for a month, but after the Cool Air USA, techs Zeuxis and Ricardo worked on it it now works great. I’m very satisfied & happy with the result, and the professional way the techs handled everything. Thank you Cool Air USA for great results and personnel .

Excellent! Our A/C was broken down and needed to be repaired urgently so I called Cool Air USA. A very nice person answered the phone and arranged an appointment for the same day. As she had promised one of their technicians called us before he arrived. He did a very thorough investigation and replaced the broken parts in no time. After a check if the system was working ok he left a very happy customer behind. For us no other company anymore because you can't ask for better service!!!

Needed a coil replaced in attic. Ricardo started with Vincent recently hired to assist ion a job that required all hands on deck. If he hadn’t called Danny to assist we may never have finished. I respect your company but the decision process of pairing needs to be tabled at your next meeting. I personally had to grab evaporator and assist in removing ladder or myself and new hire could had been injured while Ricardo was in attic trying to bark down instructions to confused and deaf ears. Fast, courtious, professional, affordable!!!! A WIN WIN!! Michael arrived on time for our service call. He performed his preliminary tests to determine our A/C's issue. The bad news was our A/C unit was shot, and needed replacement. The good news was we were able to get a new unit with a 10 year warranty installed the next day! Great experience Came home After long days of work to find out my AC in my home was not working. I called the company And they said that I technician will be out within an hour. Anthony came to my home quickly diagnose the situation and came up with a solution. Within 30 minutes of Anthony being in my home the issue with my AC was corrected and I had a functioning AC units.
