SERVICE CALL Employee was excellent; had the time and patience to tell me and visually show me what was wrong with the AC unit. Told me what options were and gave rough estimate of what costs may incur; definitely will recommend company to other humans;
Service call Jr. is a very professional and knowledgeable representative. Jr. was understanding of the issues we had with our unit even though it was a simple fix. He explained step by step what he was doing when finished. Not only was he able to assist us with our repair but he also provided advice to keep the unit in an impeccable condition. Very good technician to have visit.
Tech was on time, courteous, answered questions and made suggestions related to maintenance of equipment. We are satisfied with the work of this technician.
Cool Air USA has the best techs! I've been using Cool Air at my house and my two stores for over 5 years, and they always come through in the clutch. Even on those on super hot days when you know they're probably getting bombarded with calls, they're able to get people out there. All the techs I've met personally have been professional and friendly but my absolute favorite is Solason Lacourt Jr. (aka Junior).
