Solved an Issue... Renaud was friendly, polite and knowledgable. Solved what was eventually a minor issue and made sure the unit was running properly before leaving. Will call them again in the future.
This company have a caring team. Which makes them ( COOL ). These are the people's that I came in contact with at Coolair, that helped me out of ahot and misable situation. Prompt and professional service Ricardo arrived on time and quickly diagnosed what was a simple issue. We discussed home remedies to prevent its re-occurrence, after which he immediately corrected the problem and cleaned up the resultant mess. Excellent! Chris S was super helpful and informative. He explained the work that needed to be done thoroughly and gave suggestions for future maintenance as well. He was upfront as far as pricing so we knew what to expect in regards to cost. Work was able to be completed within hours of my making the appointment on a Sunday. Awesome!
