Was very pleased with the quick response of the service that was delivered. Technicians were very professional and courteous, and knowledgeable. I was shocked that I was expected to pay for services since I just had work done on a new unit that was purchased in May of 2016. Just two years later( this May) I had work done on the unit. I can't believe that a new unit would put me into such expenses. I hope the company will see it fit (in good faith)to rescind the charges that I was supposed to pay.

Cool Air USA . Exceptional AC company !!! We had had a problem with our nest that was affected by the wiring system and had called cool air USA which gratefully they were available Saturday the day that it happened! Our technician Orlando was not only courteous but extremely knowledgeable in problem-solving the Nast components ias well as the air-conditioning system.
