Cool Air USA has delivered fast, effective and efficient service. The technician was very professional and knowledgeable. I strongly recommend them for air conditioning needs. I got up Monday morning having spent the weekend with no a/c. I looked up on Google and found Cool Air USA at 8:44am. Told them my problem. Within around an hour the technician was at my house in the rain! He quickly diagnosed the issue, supplied the new parts to fix the problem and made sure the a/c was working. friendly, professional, reliable AC unit wasn't working, called for service and Anthony was the service tech, he had it figured out in about a minute, it was a simple fix, the drain lines were clogged and just needed to be blown out. He showed me a quick fix if it ever happens again that will allow the unit to continue to work until a service tech can arrive so I wouldn't have to sit there without air circulating. Anthony was very professional and efficient. entire service call was 15min.
