Excellent customer service Chris came out to do the final inspection for a new unit installation. He arrived on time and provided efficient and friendly service.
Don’t use another AC company I used another AC company to install an entirely new AC system. About 6 months later, I had to spend about $300 in repairs. About a year after that, another $600. The 3rd time i tried Cool Air and they were fantastic. First, i called on a Sunday and they came that afternoon. They explained the problem and pointed out what the other company had done and why it was not correct and not good practices.
