Job well done in an emergency situation. Will recommend Had an issue with our AC drain being clogged and AC not functioning properly. Made a call at 8pm to schedule an appt. Tech (Daniel) called at 9PM said he would be at my home within 30 minutes. Daniel showed up promptly at 9:30, diagnosed the problem, corrected the issue, and had my AC back to normal within 30 minutes....Was expecting to pay an outrageous price for the time and nature of the call, but was pleasantly surprised with a more then fair price. The service was great Chris did an excellent job installing our Nest thermostat. He also checked our furnace. He was very patient with us and explained how to program the thermostat and we were so impressed that we signed a contract with his company for a one year service contract.

Excellent results on a tricky system Orlando has become our trusted advisor, the one skilled and intelligent in figuring out the needs of our 16 year old system, and keeping it humming. Installing Nest was a challenge on our two phase system; several before Orlando failed, cost us a lot of money, broke things. We found Cool Air through the Nest site and all is well. The company is a high recommend--standing by their work. and Orlando is an excellent technical ally. Strong recommend for both.
