Best customer service in miami David c. Was our technician, he care on time as promised, he was very pleasant, provided great customer service and carefully explained the cost and process to me so that I could understand the function of our hvac.

Excellent, even in emergency! Came home from work and our A/C wasn't working. It was 80+ degrees in our house. Contacted Cool Air USA. Never used them before. They came out within 2 hours of calling. Prices were extremely reasonable for after hour emergency call. The guy was very polite and changed the capacitor to get us up and running in no time. Will definitely use the again for future! Highly recommend them.
