situation with the function of my Nest thermostat I contacted via email Cool Air USA to get a diagnostic of an issue I had with the instalation of my Nest Thermostat. The email was send around midnight and they call me at 7:00 AM to set up the appoinment. Debbie was very proffesional nice and helpful to send over one of the best technitian I have met in the area of air conditioner. Technician Xavier in truck 42 had great technical expertise and experience My AC problem had to do with a leak in a Freon pipe and he located it fixed it and refilled my unit ...good work

Fast and great tech Everything from the moment I called to service my a.c. was professional. Especially the technician Xavier was fast efficient and quite helpful in explaining my problems. My wife and I were pleased and relieved at the work preformed and price was fair. We will certainly keep as our service company and recommend to our neighbors and friends .
