Excellent service I requested air duct cleaning service from Cool Air USA and would definitely use their services again, I was able to get someone to my home within a couple of days of my call, and I was charged exactly the rate I was quoted. I received friendly, professional and courteous service, all my questions were answered by the young man that came to my home. Fast, efficient service My air conditioner fan worked, but no cool air. My neighbor suggested this company. Called Cool Air late afternoon and was promised a service man between 5-8:00 pm SAME day! Jose showed up at 7:40 and worked in the dark to solve the cooling problem. $49 service call waived with repair work. Jose was very knowledgable, polite, friendly, and helpful. He was very fair, honest, and reasonable. I would highly recommend this company. Loved Jose!
