Our first experience was exceptional. Omer was very knowledgeable, energetic and helpful. He had a great work ethics and attitude, and resolved all of our problems.
AC fixed Sat night Very happy to have AC fixed on a Sat night expecting that I would have to schedule next Mon. Also no extra charge for service time. Tech was excellent and did a thorough check and future recommendation. I did use Cool Air a few years back and service was excellent back then as well.
Preferred vendor I tried different AC service companies the past 3 years, this is the 4th, and it's FINALLY one that we are comfortable with. It's what we have been looking for to permanently take care of our AC needs.
Excellent and fast work The technician came promptly at tye scheduled time. He took the time to analyze the problem and explain it in detail. The work was professionally completed. I would recommend them highly.

Jose found things that others didn't.... next time I'll request that you send him Jose was knowledgeable and he even found a dirty filter that I didn't know was in the a/c unit. He explained that the filter came with the unit and it was not visible, you had to go underneath the unit. The filter I put in the unit is visible and has easy access. It took 2 years for one of your employees to find it out. I wonder why the person who install it didn't tell me and the other maintenance guys didn't see it. I wonder????
