The Service Representative -Excellent The Service Representative that arrived to service my AC 7/30 did an excellent job. He was thorough in his work, and exceeded my expectations. He took pride in his job, so much that I realized that the previous representatives did not take pride in their work - they did absolutely nothing when they serviced my AC in the past. Great service! II want to recognize the technician for his knowledge in assessing the problem and his ability to fix it promptly. It was a job well done!
Excellent work and price Our condenser was leaking Freon and not cooling. I called Cool Air and despite a fill schedule already they came out right away. Refilled the Freon plus replaced a bad Contactor and did it all in less than an hour.
Routine maintenance Leo, as always, was very friendly and professional. He outlined work which would need to be done to clean the coil but put no pressure on us to do it immediately. We appreciate his service!

The technician was excellent.. The technician David arrived on time had his mask and slippers on before he entered my home. He explained to me what was going on and what he was going to do to repair the air condition. He also informed me how to clean the air condition each moth when I changed the filter. He was very knowledgeable and professional.
