RecommendedDr. Rice and her team are working hard to help me improve sleep apnea, respecting my strong preference to avoid having to use CPAP. So far the custom mouth guard they provided has improved my apnea from highly severe without the mouth guard to moderate with it. The plan is to try further improvements with a series of NiteLase treatments. I’m optimistic that I will be able to avoid CPAP with this approach.
