Excellent service all the time. Rob diagnosed the problem and replaced a bad compressor for us. It was only 4 years old but it burned out. It was a problem with buzzing from day one. The company that originally installed the system would not change it when I first called them about the buzzing noise it was making 4 years ago. We changed to Cooling Advisors and we get better, faster service...All techs that have visited and maintained my a/c system are professional, courteous and on time .. We had an issue late on a Saturday and started shopping for an A/C repair. First call was to a highly recommended company. Sorry we don't do 24 hour service and we close at 1 on Saturday she says. Call two was to a widely advertised big name company. No answer! Call three was to a company that sent me a coupon in the mail. They very politely took all my information and said they were booked and the soonest they could get to us was the next day between 11 and 3.
