All though I wasn’t present for the installation, my tenant was he informed me Rob was respectful and very neat. I did have conversations with the office of whom I found courteous and efficient. Cooling advisors were recommended to me and I am now pleased to recommend them. LH

At the appointment call I was treated with kindness and professionalism and was given a timely appointment and was told I would receive a conformation text from the technician and an email from CA which I did, I also got a text from the tech when he was on the way of which he arrived in the appointment window. Nick was an outstanding person...knew what he was doing and did it effeciantly....
Sean is very professional and knowledgeable as well as Nick. They both explained what was going on with our AC every step of the way, even providing photos to show us. After all was said and done, my husband and I made an informed decision about what needed to be done. A new unit was required and Sean spent time explaining the process. Very, very happy with this company.
Rob was very informative and helpful with the AC issues.
