My A/C went out one day and of course didn't find out until we got home from work at 5:30. By that time, the only appointment we found was for the next day, and it being so hot in south Florida in July we did not want to sleep without A/C! I called Catherine at 6 and had Rob out no more than 2 hours later and had working A/C! I've used Cooling Advisors at work and home. From my initial call with Catherine to Rob & Sean who do the work, I couldn't ask for better service!!
Fixed our issue in quick time and made sure we were a priority even on a Sunday morning. I would recommend 10/10
