Sean the serviceman was very knowledgeable and explained everything that he was going to do for my A/C. He found some things that were working but had a lot of age on them and advised me that since I was away for several months of the year, that they could stop working and my home would not be cooling down like I wanted. After talking with Sean I decided to replace the parts and join the Club.

Great family business! Noticed a problem with the air conditioning the night before Thanksgiving. My wife called immediately even though it was 11pm. They came out before 10am on Thanksgiving, fixed the problem and since I am on one of their maintenance plans charged only for the part needed. I've been using them for years and have experienced nothing but great service at a very fair price!!!
