The initial cooling diagnostic service from Cooling Advisors was thorough and informative. The tech asked what my air conditioner was doing (noises, performance, etc.) to get an idea what the problem might be. One of the best experiences in home ownership with it's trials and tribulations when something is broken. Rob you are amazing with a heart of gold. We would have been miserable had you not loaned us the portable A/C unit for the bedroom, that was above and beyond. The installation itself went smooth as silk!! No one wants an unexpected air conditioning expense. It is especially inconvenient in the heat of August. The people at Cooling Advisors reassured me and got my old unit running until the new unit arrived and kept me advised of progress every step of the way. I was not on site when your agent came for an AC check, but apparently everything went as it should. I had no AC in my bedrooms and according to your agent the problem was resolved by adjusting the registers to increase air flow. He advised to keep the fan running and promised to leave it on when he left my condo.
I had a great experience with Cooling Advisors! I scheduled a next day service and Sean came out to service my AC right away. He did an amazing and thorough job! He was very personable, polite, and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and gave me good advice for the future. I would definitely recommend Cooling Advisor to anyone looking for AC service and I would use them again.

Multiple year customer who has had service provided for over 5 years. Always a pleasant and educational experience. This company cares about its customers, and won't sell you something just to make $$$.
