Not only was the service prompt, and reasonably priced, Robert was very professional, helpful and very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend them and I will use them again.
I would strongly recommend Cooling Advisors for your air conditioner needs. They are highly professional, courteous, knowledgeable and detail oriented. My technician, Sean Tinley was extremely thorough and reviewed each aspect of the issue involving the repair of my air conditioner. He provided recommendations and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. I was extremely pleased with the level of expertise, promptness and the professionalism displayed by Cooling Advisors.
They are always very prompt with their service calls. They are courteous and do not cut corners. it's almost unheard of that someone arrives almost within an hour of you calling them for service and especially in the evening so I am very pleased with their service so far and plan on now doing a yearly service contract. I would highly recommend

The initial cooling diagnostic service from Cooling Advisors was thorough and informative. The tech asked what my air conditioner was doing (noises, performance, etc.) to get an idea what the problem might be. Then he did a thorough diagnostic check to both my inside and outside units to determine the problem. Once done, I was told what was happening, what part needed to be replaced, and the price. One of the best experiences in home ownership with it's trials and tribulations when something is broken. Rob you are amazing with a heart of gold. We would have been miserable had you not loaned us the portable A/C unit for the bedroom, that was above and beyond. The installation itself went smooth as silk!!
