I called to ask about being POA for my step mother to ensure I was doing things correctly and question re: property sales. They returned my call promptly as scheduled. Our original Wills were done by Loyd, in his fourth year in business. We waited thirty plus years, before we saw the need for a trust. We met with Mark, who patiently explained the advantages of a trust+will, instead of only a will. Now that both of us are 75+, Mark was given the go-ahead to begin document preparation. We had a series of questions about the new Access Membership Program that were unique to our situation. The staff at C&C (Kaitlin & Victoria) took the time to provide us with the answers we needed and advice specific to our needs as to how to proceed. We were able to make a decision knowing that we had all the relevant information. Today I did a revision in my Trust and a supplemental to benefit my Autistic son. Atty Mark Krause and Paralegal Rachael Sharp are knowledgeable hard working professionals.
