I had 3 cats spayed and neutered. I was quoted $110 per cat plus shots. I was told the shots were around $20. The receptionist asked me about each cat: name, color, and GENDER. The receipt shows what I paid, and the receptionist ACKNOWLEDGED she told me $110 plus shots. Upper management denied to correct to the quote that was given to me. I would have gone elsewhere if I would have known the true price. Poor training. Won’t be back to a place where I’m robbed. After 6 years of calling this clinic for an appt. , only to be told “just come in”, I decided to “just come in “ for a test for heartworm in order to obtain a prescription for Heartgard. Upon arrival, was told, “You have to call for an appt. now, or you can stay today & wait, but it will be an extra $45.00. Since the Heartgard was not needed for 17 more days , made an appt.
