We had a fast move we had to make to Clarksville. Copper Key made the process far less stressful. We were able to search properties, take video tours, and finalize a rental home. The move in process was painless. We love the home we are renting. Any issues that were raised were immediately taken care of. This is a wonderful property management company.
Phenomenal performance. I first found Copper Key via other users' reviews and found that their real-world performance actually exceeded the reviews. As a homeowner, Copper Key was invaluable in screening for quality renters (we had a succession of quality, long-term renters who paid on time and didn't trash the place) and was very proactive in maintaining the property. I found the Managment at Copper Key Realty To be very professional and very responsive. The apartment I rented was very Nice and clean and very attractive. With the exception of one of my neighbors, the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful overall renting from Copper Key Realty was a very good experience.
I moved from CA to TN in 2023. In-state moving is stressful enough - moving to a new state without being able to see the home in-person is much harder. Copper Key made the process smooth and easy, and set me up with a concierge service to get all my utilities connected. When I finally arrived to see the home, I saw there was some cleaning and repairs that needed to be done. I’ve had great experiences with Cooper Key. Every time I had an issue and submitted it in Meld… the maintenance man always came the same or next day and sone my repairs. They were always courteous and on time. The office staff is also very nice and courteous.
