I appreciate that when there was an issue they did everything necessary to advocate for it to be fixed. What bothers me, and this more falls on the owner of the home as the property manager unfortunately has to act as middle man and can really only make recommendations, but it seems as many of the things that needed repair or replacing are things that come with age and normal wear and tear and the owner needing to do basic maintenance and upkeep on the home. The entire staff goes out of their way to not only take care of the homeowners but also the tenants. There are never any worries when reaching out to the office because things are always handled correctly the first time.
This place has been a godsend. They are super nice and really help you with everything. The property managers have all been respectful and friendly. They communicate very clearly with each tenant.
We signed our lease for 1 yr with Copper Key in Clarksville, TN. We would have renewed the lease, instead we decided to purchase a house. Any issues with maintenance, concerns or questions I had were taken care of in a reasonable amount of time. We had no issues with communicating with them.
