Reliant is definitely top notch! The staff there was always professional, polite, friendly as well as honest open communicators. If I ever had any issues they were always quickly resolved on top of the fact that I was reassured of how things would be done and was allowed to have an opinion and input. That Cherly from copper key, she is on here downplaying and trying to make all that I wrote that happened with my renting from them sound petty but trust me it is far from petty and that Samantha B I'm pretty sure she is my ex neighbor...lol....I'm sure copper key needed help with their ratings....she should give them a good rating since her and her husband are the cause of my complaints and copper key making me move and kissing their butts
I rented from Copper Key, Reliant at the time, from Oct 2018 to November 30th 2020. I rented a townhouse that was at the end of a building containing 4 townhouses. On my end there were two doors approximately 2 ft apart, my door, and the neighboring tenants door. I was at the very end on the left side when you are facing the building. This is all a pack of lies coming from Cheryl. The whole truth is on BBB Mary, The neighbors next to you have been there for more than 8 years, not 2 or 3. No one has ever complained about them before now. You called the police on them many, many times and nothing was ever done to them, so the police never thought there was any merit in your complaints. MY EXPERIENCE WITH EVADING TAX TO NO AVAIL. I am not proud of this I have tried avoiding My Taxes successfully for quite some years now.
