Norm was a great consultant, very easy to work with, He was very knowledgeable on both ISO 9001 and ISO14001 and was prompt to respond to any questions. The core platform is great and easy to use and has templates that made the documentation process smooth.

Norm was a great consultant! The only reason I did not give 5 stars was more that between the consulting and the internal audit, I did not feel that I was prepared as to what to expect for the external audit. But otherwise, Norm has been a tremendous help!
