I went in to get some help for a problem that I was having.. At the instructions by my doctor’s office because they couldn’t get me in to see the doctor for a few days. I left with the NP did not even putting her hands on me to do an EXAM or anything. I left very upset because I wasn’t given anything to help with the problem that I went there to get relief. Only an urgent care bill that I will have to pay. An

I arrived at 7:45 a.m. and was the first in the parking lot. I got online and pre-registered and had everything filled out and took the 8:00 a.m. appointment time. It was the first appointment of the morning. Shortly before 8:00 a.m. two other people arrived and stood at the front door. My experience was horrible. The front desk person did not want to be bothered. I was very sick and owed a balance of $45.40 and she said I had to pay that plus $50.00 before I could be seen. I explained that I did not have it. She stated that I could not be seen because she had to collect. My daughter ended up paying the money (using money for utilities) so I could be seen. From start to finish, this was a poor experience. Even though they have poor internet, the desk attendant insisted that I and others checking in submit our photo ID and photos of insurance card online. One sick patient even went outside to get a better connection. Couldn’t the employee easily scan them in like they used to do? They were not required fields in the online check-in process, otherwise I would have submitted them when I was completing the info online at home. I had difficulty with your appointment app and the person and the front desk seamed annoyed by my need for assistance and she was very difficult to understand. Then she went off to lunch w/o telling us in waiting room. It was a half an hour before anyone came up front to check the patients. After getting into the back for my visit everything went fine. Your app doesn't take you back to your mistake or omission and gives the appearance that your submission was accepted.
