My 81 year old hudband had fallen twice at the mall the day before. we questioned possible serious injury to his left shoulder. He was able to be seen immediately for both X-rays and care to a serious scrape he had incurred. Both the assistant and doctor were very personable and professional..Would definitely use this facility if ever needed again.

I believe there is room for improvement in her friendliness, professionalism, and overall demeanor, especially when communicating sensitive topics like billing and deductibles to patients. Very careful assessment of the progress of my healing lacertain of about 10 days prior, determination that a portion of the wound needed additional time to fully heal, removing a portion of the sutures, leaving the remainder in place for further healing, adding steri-strip(s) to a portion, all to heal further, providing detailed advice as to caring for it prior to the next visit in about 4 days.

I had a great experience. I was happy I was able to get an appointment time and was quickly seen by the NP/Dr. The front desk staff, the nurse and the NP/Dr were nice and very helpful in helping me with my knee injury.
