I had difficulty with your appointment app and the person and the front desk seamed annoyed by my need for assistance and she was very difficult to understand. Then she went off to lunch w/o telling us in waiting room. It was a half an hour before anyone came up front to check the patients. After getting into the back for my visit everything went fine. Your app doesn't take you back to your mistake or omission and gives the appearance that your submission was accepted.
