Will absolutely not come back. The staff were nice and seemed fine at their jobs but the online system that lets you select an appoint is well beyond broken. There are way too many open slots for one PA plus walk ins. You would think as the patients backed up - either from walking or from the previous blocks of appointments running well behind, the future appointment slots would be removed. This was the worst urgent care visit I have ever had. Staff was incredibly rude with the exception of the provider. Staff neglected to check us in properly then acted put out when questioned why people who came as walk in’s were being seen before us, after an appointment was scheduled and a 1.5 hour wait. Vital stats were not even checked once we finally got to a room. I was told I could not open the door the exam room, after waiting another long stretch of time in there. Extremely long wait times. We loved coming here prior to yesterday but 2.5 hours when you feel terrible is unacceptable.

Was called in over an hour after my appt & then was left in the room for over 1/2 hour waiting for a PA, when I finally left. Then when I called in for the results of “my COVID 19 test (my medical record), they refused to give it to me.
