Extremely long wait times. We loved coming here prior to yesterday but 2.5 hours when you feel terrible is unacceptable.

Was called in over an hour after my appt & then was left in the room for over 1/2 hour waiting for a PA, when I finally left. Then when I called in for the results of “my COVID 19 test (my medical record), they refused to give it to me.
