Waited 3.5 hours. Was told rudely there was nothing that could be done, just wait it out. Had an appointment, but was skipped over multiple times and the last one to be seen of the night. Overheard the PA saying negative comments about me as I was leaving. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Sent prescription to the wrong pharmacy even after I pointed it out to them.
Was not helpful. 150 dollars for vital check and told to go how and rest.
Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The physician assistant was very knowledgeable and took great care of me. The doctor was very thorough. Asked a lot of questions to get to the core of my issues.

Rude staff I asked before I paid a copay if they would be able to lance an abscess wouldn’t tell me yes or no paid the copay waited almost 2 hours to be told to go to the er for that. ER said it’s common and they do that often.
Front desk staff and nurse was great. The attending care giver (Dr?) was sarcastic and dismissive. Did nothing to help resolve my issue. I left and went to ER
Will absolutely not come back. The staff were nice and seemed fine at their jobs but the online system that lets you select an appoint is well beyond broken. There are way too many open slots for one PA plus walk ins. You would think as the patients backed up - either from walking or from the previous blocks of appointments running well behind, the future appointment slots would be removed. This was the worst urgent care visit I have ever had. Staff was incredibly rude with the exception of the provider. Staff neglected to check us in properly then acted put out when questioned why people who came as walk in’s were being seen before us, after an appointment was scheduled and a 1.5 hour wait. Vital stats were not even checked once we finally got to a room. I was told I could not open the door the exam room, after waiting another long stretch of time in there.
