Very nice staff and clean facility. The wait was terrible even though I had a scheduled appointment for 9 am. It seemed like walks ins and appointments waited the same time.

Doctor was very good. I found the registration on the phone rather difficult & not too convenient. All else satisfactory.
I needed a COVID test for a sleep study at the VA and staff took care of me rapidly. Thank you.

Overall they did ok, I know the tech did an excellent job taking all my vitals and asking questions. I didn't mind the time it took to be seen overall almost 2 hours and I signed up on the website for a 9:30am. 10:09a asked to come into the lobby and then out by 11:15a. Its the processes by the NP, however when I tried to recall all that was said, then I started questioning some of what I heard. Even while trying to De-escalate an argumentative mother who attempted to challenge office protocol, the front desk was very patient with me. She addressed my confusion regarding intake process clearly and respectfully. The NP was engaged and professional. Her efforts to send Rx to a 24 hour pharmacy where greatly appreciated. Happy I could actually get some restful sleep last night.

Service was great but something needs to be done about the wait time. Having to wait 4 hours for urgent care is unacceptable
