The staff was excellent. They did a great job! The problem was that all I needed was a pre-op Covid test and I had to be āseenā in order to get that done. I was not sick, had no symptoms; I was having surgery for a broken arm. I made my appointment, online and had to wait for 30 minutes after my scheduled time to be seen. I think you need to look at your process again and revamp itĀ

The entire Staff was very friendly and did everything to make sure I was comfortable and taken care of in a quick and efficient manner. This was the best urgent care facility that I have had to use. Glad to have them close to home.Ā

Fantastic from the lady at the front desk to the Doctor I felt cared for, explanations were given and the Dr made sure I knew everything I was to do to care for myself in the following days. The whole staff was cheery and made me feel better. I love that they took my blood pressure and told me what it was, took my temp and told me what it was. I will always go here when I need help. The team are angels from heaven.Ā

Everyone from the front desk, to the nurses aide who took my vitals to the PA that diagnosed meā¦ I could not have been more happy or impressed. I've already sent two people to your practice and I've been there twice myself. I I've been to many urgent cares and I'll never go anywhere else. And I am serious!!Ā
