Overall great service; I scheduled my appointment online and was seen promptly upon arrival. Everyone was very pleasant, and they made sure I was informed and aware of everything I needed to know about my visit. I was given a COVID test, and received my results overnight, as they had told me to expect. A great urgent care and staff!

Had a 5:45 appointment and did not get to a room till 7:00. Why even have appointments if you don’t honor them?
Waited 3.5 hours. Online appointment was 10:10. Dis not get a room until 12:30. Left at 1:30.
Made an appointment for 10:15 am. Checked in at 9:55 am. Sat in my car until 1:00 waiting to be texted it was my turn, ended up leaving and going to Henry Ford Health 2 miles away where I was seen and on my way home within 25 minutes, without an appointment. I was halfway home by the time Beaumont texted me it was my turn. I understand short staffed amd times being what they are but don't tell people they can make appointments if you can't honor them within 30 minutes of the scheduled time.
I went in at 9:30 they told me half hour wait,4 people ahead of me. At 11:00 I decided I waited long enough and went home. At 11:45 they texted me to come into the lobby. I declined,I think they were under staffed.
The medical assistant was amazing, as was the PA that i saw. However the front desk young woman was rude. She gave my husband straight nasty attitude when he inquired about my wait time. ( it had been an hour with zero contact-- on top of it she lied. She never told me itd be an extended wait, but thats what she told my husband when he asked) In addition, she was on a personal call, sitting at the desk when i walked in (after getting a text( which she told me it was a phone call- so i turned netflix on- which surpress notif... read more
Made an appt. It was 2.5 hours later some random guy walked in, never introduced himself or washed his hands. Asked what’s doing on why are we’re here. Asked if we had any test done. Left the room to check strep. 20 mins later a nurse walked in jaded us papers and said have a good day. No explanation of why my son is having throat pain and lymph node pain. Awful and will never do back.
