I came in for sore throat headache and coughing. A COVID test was given and because it was approximately an hour and a half before closing I didn’t expect to hear the results until the next day, but I had to call myself to get the results. The doctor only prescribed a cough pill and nothing else and I am still sick. They should have prescribed something else for my cough sore throat and headache.

One of the front desk workers had an attitude with not just me but every patient that came up to her. I made an appointment for 5:45, arrived at 5:30 and did not leave until 7:45. Will not be coming back unless absolutely necessary. Also the MA and PA were very nice and professional

The Registration process can be better. The burden of registration is on the patient. The patient has to upload their ID and Insurance card on their phone and everything else required for registering. A person who is not technology savvy, it can be frustrating when you are there to get immediate medical attention. It is not base on a first came basics. Checked in ahead of time and picked a time slot just to wait over an hour. I understand having to wait, but the wait time was never communicated. Once I got back to be seen the doctor only spent 3 minutes maybe examining me. I thought with the wait I would be getting more than 5 minutes of the doctors time.
