The doctor was great. However your procedure on checking in is not good I'm a person who does not do well with computers and having to register with my phone online
Waited in lobby after explaining symptoms of a possible blood clot, front desk staff didn’t have the decency to mention that there was nothing they could do there before waiting to be checked out and then just sent on our way. They did absolutely nothing and sent on our way

Complete and total waste of time, they had me complete several papers and sign ins only to tell me that I needed to go or the hospital they were unable to help at all. But they were able to get the copay for their lack of service of course. Most bullshit scam location I have ever been in

Very professional, medical staff listened to my concerns and course of action recommended. Prescription was sent to pharmacy and I was able to pick up and start within an hour of leaving. Highly recommend

The doctor was pleasant and so was the staff. Unfortunately I felt the doctor did not take time to look at my daughter. They told her it was contact dermatitis. Monday we took her to her pediatrician. They were blown away at the urgent care conclusion. It was a viral rash that was obvious from the presentation. I am glad it was not serious...and I know you are busy but it's important to really look at the patients because we are still paying for treatment. Thank you and I hope this can help
I came in for sore throat headache and coughing. A COVID test was given and because it was approximately an hour and a half before closing I didn’t expect to hear the results until the next day, but I had to call myself to get the results. The doctor only prescribed a cough pill and nothing else and I am still sick. They should have prescribed something else for my cough sore throat and headache.
One of the front desk workers had an attitude with not just me but every patient that came up to her. I made an appointment for 5:45, arrived at 5:30 and did not leave until 7:45. Will not be coming back unless absolutely necessary. Also the MA and PA were very nice and professional
The Registration process can be better. The burden of registration is on the patient. The patient has to upload their ID and Insurance card on their phone and everything else required for registering. A person who is not technology savvy, it can be frustrating when you are there to get immediate medical attention. It is not base on a first came basics.
