Long wait to be seen. I had a time slot of 10:30 to 10:40. Signed in and ready. Sat for hour and was seen at 11:30. It wasn’t even that busy only 3-4 people there total
The gal behind the desk was extremely helpful in assisting me to set up my account and actually called me when I was next in line for the PCR test so I could spend the 2 hours at home rather than in the waiting room. Medical staff was pleasant and efficient.

The experience was fine. It was just the long wait time. The total visit was 2 hours, which is fine it would just be nice to know the status of my wait time. If there was a way to text the patient updates of their place in line then that would be great! Otherwise the NP and CSA were really nice and helpful.
Online check in difficult to do when feeling sick All staff professional and kind.

The staff was professional & friendly! we received our Covid test results immediately & was able to leave on our Alaskan trip the next morning!!

I was there twice within a couple of weeks.first was for a uti\kidney infection and was grateful to be diagnosed and given a prescription for antibiotics. It started feeling better within a few days, by the time it cleared up I got a badly abscessed tooth . I came back and was given another type of antibiotic that took care of it. I get to go to the dentist tomorrow for an Exterior. Thank you, all of the staff is terrified 😊
