The nurse and doctor were great. The young lady at the desk referred to me as the lady with the insurance issue. She had the wrong person, but it was unprofessional and embarrassing.

My name is Niabi and this is my first time visiting this urgent care, it was the best experience ever, from the front desk to the nice girl who took my temperature and blood pressure plus height and weight. The doctor who checked me was extremely amazing, very patient, very helpful and attentive to everything. She listened to everything I said and asked.
