I had an appointment at 10:50 for a PCR test. I waited over 1 hour to be seen. I was told that there were only 2 people working. The staff was very friendly and I received my results in about an hour later. You have to do a better job of notifying patients of appointment delays.
Dr. Mariam T Saleh diagnosed my infection and prescribed an antibiotic. Very nice bedside manner as well.

Long wait to be seen. I had a time slot of 10:30 to 10:40. Signed in and ready. Sat for hour and was seen at 11:30. It wasn’t even that busy only 3-4 people there total
The gal behind the desk was extremely helpful in assisting me to set up my account and actually called me when I was next in line for the PCR test so I could spend the 2 hours at home rather than in the waiting room. Medical staff was pleasant and efficient.

The experience was fine. It was just the long wait time. The total visit was 2 hours, which is fine it would just be nice to know the status of my wait time. If there was a way to text the patient updates of their place in line then that would be great! Otherwise the NP and CSA were really nice and helpful.
Online check in difficult to do when feeling sick All staff professional and kind.
