That wait was entirely too long and there weren’t many patients.
The doctor is great; but check in staff not so good. My appointment was 1pm wasn't seen until 2:30 p.m. There's no need to submit a appointment if you're not seen at that time. When 1 staff say they ready for you. Another staff say 2hrs. wait. All I can say is WOW!!!
