Didn't know appointments were incouraged until I arrived. Luckily, not a long wait at 9am on a holiday. Not sure who actually saw me, Doctor or Nurse practioner. Her name tag was turned over. Don't remember introduction. So far, treatment seems to be working. So. I'm happy.
Seen immediately due to nature of problem. Very clean and comfortable. Care procedure well done and well explained. Better experience than in hospital E.D.

I walked in shaking and the front desk person told me I needed to fill out the documents via phone. I was unable to hold my phone but was told this is how I need to do it AND several links didn’t work or bring me to the next step. Someone walked in after me and the other desk person got all her info and got her right back. I could have used the help front the desk person. They sent me to the ER shortly after me getting there because of my condition.

Give more attention to the patients, I was in and out in less than 20mins. No one was personable nor showed any real care. Very transactional.
Treat a patient with degenerative disc disease. I felt unheard and invalidated. They prescribed a lidocaine patch which has not touched the pain. I’m a triathlete and not even able to swim. Do better Corewell
I wasn’t expecting to see the NP. I was by no means an emergency pt, however when I saw the urgent care dr. having a casual slow, conversation with a coworker, I knew he couldn’t have been too overwhelmed at that point, where he had to send the NP instead.
