Staff was great. Felt a bit out off by the doctor with the why she spoke to me and treated me like I didn’t belong there. First time not loving my experience at this location.

Waited 30 min for them to do a test and tell me it was negative and send me out. No communication and recommended Ibuprofen to a pregnant person. Poor communication and patient care

Beware! I was double-charged like an ER visit by WestStreet Urgent Care and Beaumont/Corewell Hospital. Even after insurance, I owed over $200 and received no prescriptions. On top of that, PA-Jaclyn Miscovich had a terrible bedside manner. I would not recommend this facility.

You can start by actually treating a patient that comes into your office for help. I hurt my back and was in a lot of pain. Doctor would not give me anything for it. Wasn’t looking for narcotics, Motrin would have been good. I told the doctor 400 mg wasn’t touching the pain, so she refused to prescribe anything. How about 600 or 800 mg? Left not feeling confident about the care I received. Felt like I was just a number. Doctor was very brash, lacked bedside manner, and was not personable, and condescending. This was after a poor first impression when I could hear the staff and doctor having a low level conversation about another patient that had just left. Was not welcoming and likely will not return.
I went in on a sat late with covid and was told I could get the meds on Sunday. I called back on Sunday and they told me I had to wait for the Dr. that I saw Saturday. They did everything in their power to make sure I never got the meds. Talked to her Monday and she pushed it off to my normal Dr. I never saw him because it was aleady 4-5 days.
