It’s ridiculous that I had to pay so much just to get tested for Covid to be able to go back home to Canada. It cost me over $200 CAD for this test. You should provide testing to individuals without having to pay for a doctors visit.

Waited more then 2 hours when told it was goi g to be 20 min. With no communication. Xray was completed and sent home with out proper documentation of findings. Was referred to “pedicatric ortho” that was in fact not pediatric at all.

Not to send people to ER for no reason I had a UTI and she refused to write antibiotics for me she sent me to ER when I went there they were shocked to hear that and dr at St. John’s ER feel bad all he had to do is jus run the tests again and had UTI and wrote antibiotics for me This should happen at first place for dr to refuse a treatment for me . I would recommend this urgent care for no one

My appt was at 3:30 . Did not get called until almost 5 pm then waited another 1/2 hour to see doctor. Then did not get out until after 6 pm. I don’t think I will be going back

Although the pcr test was quick, the theft of examination funds was outside ethics and legitimate need. Beaumont continues to do unnecessary testing or exams just to pad their pockets

It took several hours to be seen which I understand can be busy at times but the online app said they had immediate appointments available and when we went they said it was over a two hour wait. When we were seen the doctor was very short with us but tried to come off friendly. My main pet peeve was that she told my son who was not being seen “you’re done here” and moved him off the chair. Had to return as the doctor did not even check his ears after we came in due to fever severe headache and sore throat. We were asked if we requested them to look I his ears. You are the doctors - we expect more. Second return visit was better. Doctor was nice, thorough and explained things well.

I would’ve given 0 stars and not paid them a dime if it was possible. I told them what I had when I went in due to a history of it, but they tested for everything BUT that. I called to ask questions when I saw my lab results and nobody answered, then called the next morning and was hung up on twice before I finally got someone on the phone. That’s when I was told they couldn’t even do this test to start with, but NEVER told me that. I will never go back.
