Staff was great. Felt a bit out off by the doctor with the why she spoke to me and treated me like I didn’t belong there. First time not loving my experience at this location.

I waited 1 hour to been seen. I had an appointment at 1:03 pm was seen at 2:10 pm. Provider must of been in my room for 5 minutes if that. Seemed in a hurry. I came in with an ankle issue, she said don’t wear those sandals, take Advil and put ice on it. Very dismissive of me. Corwell can do better than this. Will not go back.

Waited 30 min for them to do a test and tell me it was negative and send me out. No communication and recommended Ibuprofen to a pregnant person. Poor communication and patient care

Beware! I was double-charged like an ER visit by WestStreet Urgent Care and Beaumont/Corewell Hospital. Even after insurance, I owed over $200 and received no prescriptions. On top of that, PA-Jaclyn Miscovich had a terrible bedside manner. I would not recommend this facility.

You can start by actually treating a patient that comes into your office for help. I hurt my back and was in a lot of pain. Doctor would not give me anything for it. Wasn’t looking for narcotics, Motrin would have been good. I told the doctor 400 mg wasn’t touching the pain, so she refused to prescribe anything. How about 600 or 800 mg?
