The wait time was 2 hours for my husband to get a simple PCR test. The nurse was very snippy. Will go else where in the future.
Waited over an hour in the waiting room which I understand but once we were called back into a room, the people were not that nice. They seemed rude and irritated. Since it’s not an actual room with a door there’s only a curtain you can hear them talking about you and other patients. They were talking very nonprofessional about patients where everyone including that patient could here.
I want over an hour and a half for a pre-scheduled appointment. When I was seen I informed the nurse of and Practitioner and they both tried to cram Covid symptoms down my throat. This is after I informed them I had tested “negative” twice, the day prior. I don’t appreciate being painted into a box for Covid, after multiple times telling them I tested negative. Why are staff showing up late for work? Do they not value the patient’s time? I got there before opening time. Why can’t the affect?
Gave inaccurate COVID test results, staff felt very dismissive.
Horrible. Super long wait time, and no explanation for the long wait, I was there for almost 4 hours. Many people walked out and when i was finally seen, they didn't know what was wrong. I had vertigo and flu symptoms, so I wouldn't go back if they were the last place open medically.
I scheduled an Covid PCR appointment online to make my experience as fast as possible. There were many appointments available and the urgent care was not busy. Upon arrival, I checked in online as directed. I waited 10 minutes and hadn’t received anything- even an acknowledgment. So called inside the urgent care.
