Poor energy in the environment. Receptionist very standoffish Nurse lacks education and not confident explaining medications. Easily irritable when asked for clarification. Did not see a MD this visit.

Unfortunately you don’t have anything in place to prevent individuals from walking up while another person is being registered or checked in. An older person walked up next to me without a mask. I have a compromised immune system I don’t know what’s wrong with her. Additionally I know the reason she came in for medical treatment. That is privilege information that should only be shared amongst the healthcare provider. Ridiculous that I would need to see a doctor for a required pre surgical Covid test. I was required to expose myself to sick individuals, waste medical staff time / resources , and charge my insurance for an urgent car office visit all due to the Beaumont hospital system requiring a negative Covid test for surgery. Beaumont should use the other local hospitals’ system of drive through testing at the hospital if they are requiring a negative test.
The wait time was 2 hours for my husband to get a simple PCR test. The nurse was very snippy. Will go else where in the future.
