The wait to be seen was pretty long even with an appointment set up, but once I was seen I was in and out pretty fast.

The front desk staff and nurse/ma that started with us were great. The provider was ok. I felt the provider was going waay too fast didn’t actually listen to what we were saying rather only picked a few key words out of why we were there. Once I re-explained everything and ended up becoming upset did the provider actually slow down, listen and understand. They were by no means bad at what they do, just seemed super rushed or distracted.

Front desk receptionist was very nice. Came into your facility with severe pain in left flank. Met with PAC Milton, was send home advising it maybe trapped gas/ kidney stones. No palpitations of painful area, no escalating to a hospital. Which is where I ended up due to the immense pain!! Staff should be trained in emergency care / treatment.
