Waited 20 minutes for the receptionist to check me in, she promptly fell asleep and was snoring while I waited to be seen. Vitals were taken after 10-15 minutes, then sat for 30-45 minutes while I waited to have an xray taken. Waited another 30-45 minutes for the X-rays to be read. I was told that the radiologist had not looked at the images but I could leave. Total visit: over 2 hours | No answers as to why my chest and ribs are hurting during movement and coughing. You send the survey while I’m still here waiting to be seen? Could not book an appointment. It never sent me the code. This is not the first time this has happened. So now I sit and wait and I am supposed to be at work. I have no idea why I still come here.

Took me 2 hours to see a doctor

Horrible three hours in an urgent care
Receptionist didn’t want for facility to treat me being I came in 1/2 hr before closing
Rude girl at front desk instead of assisting people or letting anyone how backed up they are she played on her phone and gave attitude when someone asked her a question
Super understaffed. We sat in the waiting room for over an hour. Five people came out before they called one person back. The front desk said to just be patient because they only had one doctor working. When we finally got to the back they have my son a breathing treatment. The girl turned the machine on and left out and never came back. I had to turn the machine off myself once the medicine was out. Then the doctor came back with discharge papers. Worst urgent care experience ever. Not going back.
Doctor and nurse were rude. I didn’t even get one word in with the doctor. So disappointed
