Staff was great. Wait time was somewhat long, but I was comfortable
Worst experience ever!!! From check in to check out it was an absolute nightmare. It was freezing cold in the waiting area. We were placed in a room and examined. There was a young woman being trained while performing an ekg her and the trainer you could tell wasn’t seeing see to see at all. It was just confusion the whole time and I didn’t feel as if car was really being given. They were engaging with each other instead of the patient. The receptionists and the nurse were really nice and helpful, doctor Wang was curt and extremely disinterested about my problem.
My appointment was at 9am didn’t get out around 10 30
Visit went well. The Corewell business itself needs to upload xrays rather than requiring a patient to return for a disc of the images. It is the corporate responsibility to make care of the patient seamless. Choosing to go to a Corewell urgent care and then a Corewell specialist should not require burning a CD with images and separate errand for the patient. It is poor customer care. I was in and out however I called before coming to the urgent care to see if they had the capabilities of checking out my leg for an injury. I explained that I might need a X-ray or something to see if I had a tare or sprain on my right knee. When I arrived and was seen I felt as if I was being rushed out and just given pain meds. Also the X-ray machine was down and I had to go to another facility so they could do the x-ray. The wait time was 45 minutes with no other patients in the area, the nurse assistant was only positive and polite person. Main doctor provided no assistance, rushed me out the room when I had Questions and gave me a pamphlet to read. Said he could not do anything about what came for and I needed To see primary doc, basically told me things that I knew Already from reading online, overall was a rushed and not positive experience, nurse assistant was very nice.

They ask you to schedule a time to come in so I did. Everyone coming in after me was told there was a two hour wait. I scheduled a time and sat there 2 in the waiting room. Then another 10 for the dr to come in the room. I was there for 3 hours
