While the wait was a bit long, the service was fantastic. The lady at the front end lobby position was courteous, patient and professional. My nurse was also very kind and she was quick and efficient in taking the chest X-rays I needed. And the nurse practitioner was helpful, understanding and even had the meds she was prescribing for my Bronchitis called in for me, which saved me time! One of the better Urgent Care experiences I’ve had in my lifetime.

Staff was great. Wait time was somewhat long, but I was comfortable
Worst experience ever!!! From check in to check out it was an absolute nightmare. It was freezing cold in the waiting area. We were placed in a room and examined. There was a young woman being trained while performing an ekg her and the trainer you could tell wasn’t seeing see to see at all. It was just confusion the whole time and I didn’t feel as if car was really being given. They were engaging with each other instead of the patient. The receptionists and the nurse were really nice and helpful, doctor Wang was curt and extremely disinterested about my problem.
My appointment was at 9am didn’t get out around 10 30
