Was in the office for almost two continuous hours. Very slow process. Saw actual medical personnel for maybe 6-7 minutes total. Staff was incredibly nice and professional just holy cow what a long time to be waiting while not feeling well.

Dislike registration using text and links that older adults can’t understand. You advertise walk ins but make those patients wait behind those that made a time slot. I booked a slot for my last visit and still waited an hour after the check in person directed me to have a seat and they will be with you in a “moment”. It doesn’t appear any staff are concerned or respect their customers time and don’t seem to work with any urgency, after all they have all day. I came in after doing two at home tests for covid (both negative). Explained my symptoms and that I did do these at home tests. Dr gave a quick exam. Said they "haven't seen much of the flu" and said to swab me for covid and that I would have to see my primary doctor. I didn't realize this facility wasn't an urgent care. Clearly they are only there to do covid tests. In the past you could be treated for other illnesses. I felt dismissed and like it was a waste of time to come here.

I came in with a tore hip flexor looking to get a note for work and left with crutches they charged me for but no work note and now I may be fired for lack of documentation

I needed a quick and simple Covid test. I made an appt for 3:30 and was not even given a Covid test until 5:00pm.
