Went to Beaumont urgent care in woodhaven with what I thought was an ear infection. Nurse Practitioner ( Ashley) after examining it stated it was completely clogged with wax. Said this happens frequently. Had Assistant Desiree washed it out With warm water and peroxide. It took her quite awhile but she was persistent and did an amazing job!!! My ear no longer pops, hurts or feels clogged. Great job Desiree and Ashley’s diagnosis snd mannerism was phenomenal! Susan

Dr and nurse were great. Wait time could be improved. I made appt for 2:55 and wasn’t seen until 4:10.
I registered ahead of time but still waited over and hour. It didn’t seem very busy, only a few in the waiting room. Once in, it was pretty quick.
I had an appointment and didn’t get into a room until about an hour after the appointment time. That was disappointing.
